Abstract
Women in societies are widely and more and more eager to work outside the home, and this enthusiasm of their rush to work, in the public arenas of society, can carry a series of consequences based on the inference of the verses in the Quran and hadiths related to effective presence. Women in society and their employment in different economic scenes have not been opposed.Although the responsibilities of women in the Islamic era are not similar to the contemporary society in terms of physical and physical capabilities, the goals of Islamic employment are included in it. In this regard, many Islamic thinkers agree with women's employment and presence in the community, some religious elders are against women's employment outside the home, and some traditions consider it more appropriate for women to stay at home, because a woman is a mother and a wife for her husband and children. to showBut we must accept that women are competent in other social roles, and they can. show themselves in most managements despite the limitations. The criterion of this article is the approach of narrations and the positive and negative consequences of women in the direction of modeling Islamic employment, which has been collected, compiled and inferred in the form of a library.
