The elderly have different needs, conditions, talents and abilities. It is a healthy and righteous society, which imposes different rights and rulings for all classes according to their conditions and characteristics, especially the elderly who once built the society but today have become physically disabled; Therefore, as the most important group, they should be taken care of, and the government should establish special rights for them due to the services and efforts of these people. In this article, by examining the hadith jurisprudence of the narration of "Abi Hamzah on the authority of a man who reached Ali bin Abi Talib (pbuh), he said: The blind man asked Ali bin Abi Talib (pbuh) what is this?" Do you use it until it is forbidden to use it?! The rights of the elderly in Islamic society have been examined. This article is a descriptive and analytical method by using library sources and examining the verses and narrations and the formation of a hadith family.
