fa جایگاه شأن نزول آیات در استنباط احکام شرعی با تأکید بر آیات ناظر بر بهداشت خانواده عمومى General پژوهشي Research &nbsp;<span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">توجه به شأن نزول آیات الاحکام ناظر بر بهداشت جسمی، جنسی و روانی خانواده، ما را در فهم درست احکام مربوط به مراودات زناشویی و روابط خانوادگی یاری خواهد رساند. لذا در این نوشتار تلاش نموده ایم ، به بررسی تأثیر شأن نزول در برداشت های فقهی از آیات با تأکید بر آیات مرتبط با علوم پزشکی و بهداشت جسمی و روانی خانواده بپردازیم. پژوهش حاضر تحقیقی کاربردی بوده و با شیوه&nbsp; توصیفی- تحلیلی و روش مطالعه کتابخانه ای و استنادی صورت گرفته و با کنکاش در آیات الاحکام و بهره گیری از روایات مستند و تحلیل نظرات فقها، اهداف تحقیق دنبال شده است.</span></span> <h1 dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;"><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp; در قرآن کریم قریب به سیصد آیه مرتبط با علوم پزشکی و بهداشت وجود دارد. پزشکی مشتمل بر &laquo;درمان و معالجه&raquo; و بهداشت به معنی &laquo;پیشگیری&raquo; است. اما اکثر مطالب علمی قرآن درباره بهداشت و پیشگیری است. از این روی، شناخت و بررسی شأن نزول آیات قرآن در برداشت های فقهی از آیات الاحکام مرتبط با بهداشت جسمی و روانی خانواده نقش بسزایی دارد. تعیین مصادیق احکام کلی در آیات (در این نوشتار آیات مرتبط با بهداشت خانواده)، تشخیص تخصیص حکم به سبب نزول یا عموم مکلفین، تمییز صحیح ناسخ از منسوخ و دستیابی به تناسب میان احکام مندرج در آیات قرآن، تقیید و تحدید مفهوم و مصداق آیه بر افراد، تبیین فلسفه ی احکام الهی در راستای شناخت مصالح و مفاسد احکام شرعی و تبیین واژگان مبهم در آیه را می توان به عنوان نمونه هایی از تأثیر شأن نزول آیات که ممکن است در راستای استنباط صحیح احکام شرعی از آیات قرآن راه گشا باشند، برشمرد.</span></span></span></h1> Paying attention to reasons of the revelation of the verses of the Ahkam on the physical, sexual and mental health of the family will help us to understand the laws related to marital relations and family relations correctly. Therefore, in this article, we have tried to examine the effect of the reasons of revelation in the jurisprudential interpretations of verses by emphasizing on the verses related to medical sciences and family physical and mental health. The present study is an applied research and has been done with descriptive-analytical method and library and citation study method and by researching the Ayatul Ahkam and using reliable narrations and analyzing the opinions of jurists. There are about three hundred verses in the Holy Quran related to medical sciences and health. Medicine includes &quot;treatment&quot; and health means &quot;prevention&quot;. But most of the scientific content of the Qur&#39;an is about health and prevention. Therefore, recognizing and examining the reasons of the revelation of Quranic verses plays an important role in the jurisprudential interpretations of the verses of the rules related to the physical and mental health of the family.
