fa رویکرد قرآن و روایات درالگو پذیر شدن اسلامی اشتغال زنان The approach of the Quran and hadiths in Islamic modeling of women's employment تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زنان در جوامع به طور گسترده و روز افزون مشتاق به اشتغال بیرون از خانه هستند و همین اشتیاق هجوم آنها به کار، در عرصه‌های عمومی جوامع، می‌تواند حامل یک سری پیامدهائی باشد بنا به استنباط آیات در قرآن و روایات‌های واصله با حضور مؤثر زنان در اجتماع و اشتغال آنان در صحنه‌های مختلف اقتصادی مخالفتی نشده است، اگر چه مسئولیت‌های زنان در دورۀ اسلامی با جامعۀ معاصر از لحاظ توانمندی جسمی و بدنی شباهتی ندارد ولی اهداف گنجانده شدۀ اشتغال اسلامی در آن وجود دارد. دراین خصوص بسیاری از اندیشوران اسلامی با اشتغال زن وحصوردر اجتماع موافق می‌باشند عده‌ای از بزرگان دین مخالف اشتغال زن در بیرون خانه هستند و روایت‌هائی درخانه ماندن زن را شایسته‌تر می‌داند، چراکه که زن مادر و همسربودن خود را برای شوهر و فرزندان نشان دهد. اما باید پذیرا باشیم که زنان در سایر نقش‌های اجتماعی صلاحیت دارند، و آنها می‌توانند. در اکثر مدیریت‌ها علی رغم محدویت‌ها خود را نشان دهند. ملاک این مقاله رویکرد روایات و پیامدهای مثبت و منفی زنان در جهت الگوپذیری اشتغال اسلامی می‌باشد، که به صورت کتابخانه‌ای جمع آوری وتدوین و استنباط شده است. <pre data-placeholder="ترجمه" data-ved="2ahUKEwjfpbbBhIuEAxXohP0HHSmTC4IQ3ewLegQIBRAP" dir="ltr" id="tw-target-text" style="text-align: justify;"> Abstract</pre> <pre data-placeholder="" dir="ltr" id="tw-target-rmn" style="text-align: justify;"> Women in societies are widely and more and more eager to work outside the home, and this enthusiasm of their rush to work, in the public arenas of society, can carry a series of consequences based on the inference of the verses in the Quran and hadiths related to effective presence. Women in society and their employment in different economic scenes have not been opposed.Although the responsibilities of women in the Islamic era are not similar to the contemporary society in terms of physical and physical capabilities, the goals of Islamic employment are included in it.
