The concept of "bay'ah" in the history of Islamic and social thought, referring to the agreement and bond between individuals and groups, particularly in political and social contexts, has always attracted the attention of researchers. This article takes a sociological approach to examine bay'ah and its impact on social cohesion. In this regard, various definitions of bay'ah and its meaning in different cultures will first be analyzed. Then, using qualitative analysis and document study methods, the role of bay'ah in creating and strengthening social cohesion in various societies will be explored. The aim of this research is to gain a deeper understanding of what bay'ah, as a social link, can create in the connection between individuals and groups, and its impact on social solidarity. The results indicate that bay'ah not only contributes to political and social stability but also acts as a moral factor in strengthening social bonds and trust among community members. This article leads to a better understanding of the social mechanisms and the role of bay'ah in reinforcing social cohesion.
