fa نظام‌سازی در حوزه کار بر اساس آموزه‌های دینی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:10%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">چکیده</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:10%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">کار در منظومه فکری اسلام، صرفاً وسیله‌ای برای تأمین معاش نیست، بلکه از شئون بنیادین حیات انسانی، عامل رشد فردی، سازوکار آبادانی زمین، و زمینه‌ای برای تحقق عدالت اجتماعی به شمار می‌آید. از این منظر، &laquo;نظام‌سازی در حوزه کار&raquo; یعنی طراحی مجموعه‌ای هماهنگ از ارزش‌ها، قواعد، هنجارها، نهادها و سیاست‌ها که بتواند فعالیت‌های شغلی و حرفه‌ای را در جهت کرامت انسان، بهره‌وری، عدالت، صداقت، امانت‌داری و مسئولیت‌پذیری سامان دهد. آموزه‌های دینی، به‌ویژه قرآن کریم، نهج‌البلاغه، و روایات اسلامی، ظرفیت آن را دارند که برای حوزه کار یک الگوی منسجم و اخلاق‌محور ارائه کنند؛ الگویی که در آن کار نه‌تنها به‌عنوان کنش اقتصادی، بلکه به‌مثابه عمل عبادی، اخلاقی و تمدنی فهم می‌شود. این مقاله با رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی، ابتدا مبانی مفهومی و معرفتی کار در آموزه‌های دینی را بررسی می‌کند، سپس اصول حاکم بر نظام کار دینی را تبیین کرده و در ادامه، الزامات مدیریتی، اخلاقی و حقوقی آن را توضیح می‌دهد. نتیجه آنکه نظام‌سازی دینی در حوزه کار می‌تواند به کاهش فساد، تبعیض، بی‌نظمی و استثمار کمک کرده و زمینه‌ساز رشد پایدار و عدالت‌محور در جامعه گردد</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">.</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p>In the Islamic intellectual framework, work is not merely a means of earning a livelihood; rather, it is regarded as a fundamental dimension of human life, a source of individual development, a mechanism for the flourishing of the earth, and a foundation for the realization of social justice. From this perspective, <strong>system-building in the field of work</strong> refers to the development of an integrated framework of values, principles, norms, institutions, and policies that organizes occupational and professional activities in accordance with human dignity, productivity, justice, honesty, trustworthiness, and responsibility. Islamic teachings&mdash;particularly the Holy Qur&#39;an, <em>Nahj al-Balāghah</em>, and the traditions (<em>Hadith</em>) of the Prophet and the Imams&mdash;provide the intellectual and normative capacity to establish a coherent, ethical model for the sphere of work. Within this model, work is understood not merely as an economic activity but also as an act of worship, a moral responsibility, and a civilizational endeavor. Employing a descriptive-analytical approach, this article first examines the conceptual and epistemological foundations of work in Islamic teachings, then explains the governing principles of an Islamic work system, and finally discusses its managerial, ethical, and legal requirements.
