fa بررسی بازتاب اندیشه اسلامی قاضی نورالله شوشتری و چشم انداز نقش این تفکر در وحدت مذاهب اسلامی The Reflection of Qadi Nour al-Din Shushtari’s Islamic Thought and the Prospects of its Role in the Unity of Islamic Schools of Thought تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل رابطۀ بنیادین در باب تعامل میان شیعه و سنی در مواجهه با فرق اسلامی و تبیین نقش محوری قاضی شوشتری در رابطه با جهان اسلام هند اسلامی، از مرزهای تعصب پا فراتر نمود و در تحقق وحدت اسلامی، مکتبی تقریبگرا را با گفتمانی مؤثر بنیان نهاد. پرسش اصلی تحقیق آن است که قاضی شوشتری در چارچوب چه رفتارهایی توانسته با موضعگیریهای هوشمندانه توطئههای دشمنان را خنثی نماید. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی – تحلیلی است و براساس آن با اندیشۀ حمایت از همۀ مسلمانان شیعه و سنی توجه به فقه سیاسی اسلام با روحیه تسامح و تساهل و آثار کلامی و تفسیری و اعتقاد راسخ به وحدت گفتمانی سازنده و مستند، زمینه ایجاد تقریب و اندیشه اسلامی را تحلیل و سازمان بخشید. یافتهها نشان میدهد که قاضی شوشتری روندی صلحآمیز را تبیین مینماید تا پیوند شیعه و سنی معنا یابد. بر این اساس، با اهتمام به امور مسلمانان به عنوان حقوق حقیقی آنها همچون آزادی عقیده و بیان که پایه برخی از شبهات در باب تقریب، میباشد پرداخته است. افزون بر این با بررسی دیدگاههای ایشان نشان میدهد که در ارائه نظریات بیشترین ظرفیت را در جهت ایجاد وحدت تقریب مذاهب اسلامی ایفا نموده است.   This research aims to analyze the fundamental relationship between Shia and Sunni Islam in their engagement with Islamic sects and to elucidate the pivotal role of Qadi Shushtari in the broader Islamic world, particularly within Islamic India. Transcending sectarian biases, he established a convergence-oriented school of thought with an effective discourse for fostering Islamic unity. The central research question is: Within what behavioral frameworks was Qadi Shushtari able to neutralize the conspiracies of adversaries through his astute stances? The research methodology is descriptive-analytical. Based on this approach, by supporting all Muslims and emphasizing the jurisprudence of Islam with a spirit of tolerance and accommodation, and drawing upon theological and exegetical works, the foundations for creating convergence and a constructive, evidence-based Islamic discourse were analyzed and organized. The findings indicate that Qadi Shushtari articulated a path of peaceful coexistence, thereby imbuing the bond between Shia and Sunni with meaning. He addressed fundamental Muslim rights, such as freedom of belief and expression, which serve as the basis for some debates surrounding inter-sectarian convergence.
